This is Pinole Police Department K9 Spike.
Officer Spike Likos is a Belgian Malinois that works with his counterpart K9 Officer Angela Likos.
Angela Likos was having some problems keeping Spike cool during this summer 2012.
USWDA Chapter 1 donated a cooling vest to keep both police officers operating at peak performance.
